Delivery
We aim to despatch your goods within 3 days, if this is not possible we will notify you by email.
As some items will go out by Royal Mail please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. If you need a quicker delivery please choose the Courier option.
Please note that some large items have additional delivery charges which will appear in the item description.
Online orders can only be delivered to a UK postcode address for other options please phone.
Failed or Returned Delivery
When a delivery has been attempted on more than one occasion or refused, and the goods have been returned to us, we will deduct £10 from the refund.
Change of Delivery Address
Any change of delivery address once the goods have been despatched will incur an addition charge of £15.

Faulty Goods
On receipt of your delivery if the good appear to be faulty or have been damaged in transit please contact us by email leisurebitz@btconnect.com or phone 01844 353 136 so that we can rectify the problem.
Refunds Policy
We hope you are happy with any product purchased, but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason you may do so within 7 days of the receipt of your goods. It must be in a fully resalable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. We will refund the price or replace the product.
If these terms are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to deduct up to 20% of the purchase price from the refund. Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note due to reasons of safety, hygiene and security we are unable to exchange or accept the return of certain products once the packaging has been opened unless faulty.
What to do: Please contact us before returning any item as the return address may be different from our address here. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
The cost of returning items is down to you and you are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We recommend that you obtain a Proof of Postage certificate which are available free of charge from the Post Office. We will refund returns postage for an item which is faulty, damaged or sent to you in error.
We regret that postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of cancellations.
Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.
Returns Procedure
Please follow our returns procedure below; if you do not follow these steps the refund process may be delayed.
1. Before returning goods to Full Spectrum Lighting Ltd, please obtain an authorisation code and the return address by telephoning 0845 095 6477 or 01844 353 136 or emailing customer services.
2. Please enclose a copy of your original order invoice with the returned goods. If you do not have the original invoice please enclose a letter with your personal details so that we can trace your order.
3. For all returns you will be asked to arrange and pay for the return of the items.
When returning items we recommend that you obtain proof of posting whenever possible. We regret we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Full Spectrum Lighting’s total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Full Spectrum Lighting to the customer.
Full Spectrum Lighting shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon Full Spectrum Lighting by statute.
Full Spectrum Lighting cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the website. Full Spectrum Lighting does not limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
